How exchange rates affect your unpaid budget

All currencies use observations from the same UTC date. Local costs stay fixed. Missing dates and today are omitted. This is historical context, not a forecast; fees, inflation and actual past card charges are excluded.
Archived daily reference observations combine earlier imported values and service snapshots. Full upstream provenance is not retained for every older row. These are sampled values, not market closes or intraday extremes.
