RSD/CLP: what to know
The RSD/CLP rate shows how much CLP you get for 1 RSD. Right now, 1 RSD buys 9.3421 CLP at the mid-market rate. In the other direction, 1 CLP is worth 0.1070 RSD.
In the short term RSD is driven mainly by euro moves and Serbian central-bank policy, while CLP responds to the price of copper.
The Serbian Dinar (RSD) is issued by National Bank of Serbia. “Dinar” descends from the Roman denarius — one of the oldest coin names. The Chilean Peso (CLP) is issued by Central Bank of Chile. The Chilean peso no longer uses cents — the smallest coins are whole pesos.
Use this mid-market figure as your benchmark: compare it with the rate your bank or broker quotes, and the difference is the margin you would pay.
