CNH/SEK: what to know
The CNH/SEK rate shows how much SEK you get for 1 CNH. Right now, 1 CNH buys 1.4465 SEK at the mid-market rate. In the other direction, 1 SEK is worth 0.6913 CNH.
In the short term CNH is driven mainly by sentiment toward China and offshore flows, while SEK responds to European growth and euro moves.
CNH is the “offshore” version of the Chinese yuan, traded mainly in Hong Kong — hence the “H”. The Swedish Krona (SEK) is issued by Sveriges Riksbank. “Krona” means “crown”.
Use this mid-market figure as your benchmark: compare it with the rate your bank or broker quotes, and the difference is the margin you would pay.
