In the short term CNY is driven mainly by PBoC decisions and Chinese growth, while PLN responds to NBP policy, EU flows and regional sentiment.
The Chinese Yuan (CNY) is issued by People’s Bank of China. One yuan = 10 jiao = 100 fen. The Polish Zloty (PLN) is issued by National Bank of Poland (NBP). “Złoty” literally means “golden”, a name dating back to medieval gold coins.
